Managed Shared Hosting

Managed Shared Hosting is ideal for customers who don't have the time or could use an extra hand keeping their website running while allowing them the time to focus on their business.

Managed Shared Hosting provides support of all items listed below. For any needed upgrades to scripts, open source web apps, etc., we recommend that you allow our Managed Shared Hosting support team to perform them for you. We will be able to monitor the installation/upgrade and correct any issues that may arise. We designed our Managed Shared Hosting support team to work with you. You can rest easy knowing that your website is well taken care of.

Managed Shared Hosting is £25.49 per month in addition to the cost of your regular hosting account. This is a month to month service. If you decide after a couple of months of utilizing this service that you don't need it any longer, just let us know and we will remove the feature for you. On any given month if you exceed your 2 hour limit of administration time, with your approval, Lunarpages will continue working to resolve your issues at a discounted rate of $60/hour (US).

What if I have more than one domain on my account?

Managed Shared Hosting covers your entire account. If you have more than one domain that you need assistance with we can add SecureLive™ for them as well. The cost is only £2.99 per month per extra domain monitored.

How can I add Managed Shared Hosting to my account?

Just contact our billing department at 1-877-586-2772 option 2, and indicate that you would like to add Managed Shared Hosting to your account. If you call in for general support, please ask your support representative for more information. You may also add this service through your Customer Account Page. For new account orders, please be sure to check this option during the checkout process.

Managed Hosting Lite starts at less than £6.49 per month. This package would allow your server to be monitored by experienced system administrators using specialized monitoring applications to check all the services on your server every few seconds and alerting us of any abnormal processes and downtime.

Managed Hosting Intense

Our Managed Hosting Intense option, for £31.49 per month, not only assures you that your server is in good hands but is also an affordable solution for every webmaster and includes the following features:
